KMB Scania N113DRB

In 1993, Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) introduced two 11.5-metre Scania N113DRB demonstrators AS1 (FU 482) and AS2 (FU 2948). In order to arouse the attention of the public that these two buses were environmental friendly, KMB designed a special livery and organized an inauguration ceremony for them.

The performance of the two buses was considered satisfactory and a batch of 20 new buses (AS3-22) were ordered and entered service in late-1996. They were installed with 2+2 high-back seats and modified Nippondenso air-conditioned systems.
