ADS-class Dennis Dragons are the shortest air-conditioned buses in the Kowloon Motor Bus ("KMB") fleet, with their 9.9-metre bodies. They were introduced in 3 batches. The first batch of 30 (ADS1-30) was introduced in 1993. The second batch is also the lagest one which consists 155 buses (ADS31-185) introduced in 1996-7. The air-condition system was modified starting from this batch. Also, from ADS146 onwards, 2+2 seating configuration is adopted. The last batch of 50 (ADS186-235) was delivered in 1999. These 50 buses are equiped with EURO II Cummins M11 engines. They are also the last "high-floor" double-deckers built by Dennis Specialist Vehicles.
