Citybus has acquired 464 Volvo Olympians, and they were introduced during 1994-2001. Among these buses, 10 (239-248) are 10.4 metres long, 142 (901-1042) are 11 metres long, and the remain 310 (324-329 & 396-699) are 12 metres in length. Most of the Volvo Olympians are built with Alexander 'R' bodies. Only 40 are bodied by Plaxton (Northern Counties).
